Kerrera Cottage is situated on the beachfront in the small town of Leven in Fife and is within walking distance of three public golf courses, with St. Andrews only 20 minutes away, Carnoustie 60 minutes away and Gleneagles 90 minutes away by car. As well, it is located within 200 metres of a pedestrian mall and has uninterrupted sea views and access to the beach.

It is a semi-detached three-bedroom cottage with completely modernised facilities, superior furnishings, TV, gas-fired central heating and a solarium. All of the front rooms have uninterrupted views across the six-mile wide estuary and the 150 foot front garden is fully enclosed with a large patio and off-street parking for up to three cars.

It is ideal for the golfers and families with young children who need safe play space, who like to walk to shops, go for a meal, get to a bank, liquor store or just want to wander through a small Scottish town. As well, there are endless opportunities for longer walks along the beach and along the famous Fife Coastal Path, which passes close to the cottage.

It is also the ideal base for golders as there are some thirty local courses within thirty minutes drive, most of which are open year round. It is an excellent choice for any small group of golfers or golfing couples looking for a week's accommodation or a short break.
